CONSULTATION

Take that first step for us to meet each other.

COLLABORATIVE DESCION MAKING

The ultimate decision making is in the hands of the client. We will talk through all options with
you, provide project expertise and experience to assist you in making the best choice.

CONSULTANT SOURCING

We will work to source the best possible partners for your project.  We have a large network or designers, engineers, consultants, and contractors.  We can assist you in finding the best match for your project, or you may already have your own.

INSURANCE REVIEW

We will work with an insurance broker to assess risk, we will assist you in the sourcing and execution of necessary insurance documents.

  Access Agreement Negotiation

  • Negotiate access agreements with neighbors as required.

  • Work with counsel to prepare agreements.

  • Engage Pre- Construction Survey to photograph neighbor existing conditions prior to construction.

CHANGE ORDER REVIEW & COST CONTROL

Change orders can arise because of field conditions, owner changes or just plain misses. Each change is carefully reviewed with the project team to determine legitimacy.  We negotiate changes on your behalf based on your decisions and priorities.  We review all monthly requisitions and provide a monthly accounting report.

CONSULTANT & CONTRACTOR CONTRACTING

Working with the construction attorneys, we will prepare an AIA contract, customized for your project.  The contracts will ensure that your interests and obligations are protected throughout the project.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT & MONITORING

From pre – construction, through close out, we are there to manage your project every step of the way.  From initial planning to final delivery, we will coordinate and oversee all aspects of your project. We chair weekly meetings, document progress and coordinate with the entire project team daily. Our work ensures constructability, and adherence to budget and schedule.

 

As your trusted adviser, we will always communicate. Construction can be a complex process and we navigate the process every step of the way.

PROJECT COMPLETION & CLOSE OUT

We work to full completion of the project. Coordinating with the architect and contractor, we ensure the completion of all punchlist items, special inspections, and attainment of a Certification of Occupancy.
